What if I am not approved for a loan?
Whether you have applied for a personal loan, installment or cash advance, or bad credit loan services, we will work hard to get you the money you need now. However, if you are not approved for any reason, you will receive an e-mail notification within 24 hours.
How much can I borrow?
Amounts range from $5,000 up to $35,000 (amounts vary by state). The amount available is based upon your repayment ability.
What if I cannot pay off my account balance?
We will do everything we can to work out a payment schedule that will help you pay off your loan. Please contact us if necessary.
What if I am late with a payment?
If you think you might be late on a payment, contact customer service before your next due date. In many cases they can work out a payment arrangement. If payment is not made or you are not responsive to our notices, you will be in default.
Can I make a partial payment?
Advance Paycheck Online (APO) LLC allows you to make partial payments of at least $5 on the principle of your deferred deposit loan without incurring any additional fees above those provided in the original contract. You can make a partial payment by calling us, emailing us or going to the member section of the website and making a payment yourself.
How much will my loan cost?
Advance Paycheck Online offers a flexible payment schedule wherein you can make regular bi-weekly payments or pay off your loan at any time. The choice is yours! We prorate the fees, so if you pay off your loan early, you only pay the fees that accrued during the time you have your loan. Is it possible to get an extension on my loan?
For your convenience, your payments will be electronically debited from your checking account as per your original agreement. If you are unable to cover your scheduled payments, please contact us 3 business days before your payment is due. We may be able to work out a repayment plan to help you get back on track. It is always best to pay something towards the principal of the loan, but at the very least you will need to pay the interest accrued since your last payment.
What if I change my mind and decide I don’t need/want my loan?
You have the right to cancel your loan. You would need to contact us by 5 PM following the effective date of your installment, or personal loan. One of our Customer Service representatives will discuss your options with you.
